Does anyone want to plan my wedding.....for free?

OH MY, planning a wedding is serious business. I am all about making decisions and getting stuff done but I swear it will be the small silly details that will drive me insane. I literally spent the last few hours looking at centerpieces for the reception, seriously in my eyes no one is going to look at it or care what it looks like so why should I spend insane amounts of money on it.

Oh and don't even get me started on the money thing, the amount that things cost absolutely blows my mind every time I find out the price of something else. But anyways enough about my bitching I am getting married and it's super exciting! We are getting married on March 1st, 2014, so in about 7 months. Yes I am planning a wedding in 7 months with no help and no I am not crazy. We have lots of exciting things set up in the next few weeks. After this weekend we will decide between 2 reception venues, after going to see the 2nd one. We are meeting with a photographer who I think we are going to love on Saturday as well. The weekend of the 17th we are going to register at a few places although I am also very interested in setting up a charity that people can donate to in our honor as well. We will see how Brian feels about that. Then the weekend of the 24th we have a meeting with a florist and then we are going to look at dresses! Yippie! We already have the church reserved as well as the minister to marry us. Big things are happening over here!

This coming weekend we are also going to Sarah's wedding. I am super excited to see all my friends and celebrate lots of wonderful things, stay tuned for pictures and updates about her beautiful wedding!

Yesterday was my birthday, I am officially a quarter of a century old! Yikes! But I had a great birthday weekend. We went to Raleigh to see some friends which was great! On Saturday Meg, Michelle and I went and got pedicures and talked wedding! Then we all went to dinner at Mellow Mushroom and went to the Durham Bulls game. Erica and Mat joined us and it was a lot of fun! Sunday we ended up in Greensboro to check out the 1st reception venue and then had dinner with the fam for my birthday. I got lots of great presents, including 4 things with my NEW initials on it! So exciting! On my actual birthday I had to work, but Brian took me to lunch and Erica had this wonderful item delivered to me:

All in all I had a really great birthday and felt special! What more can you ask for?

Is it Friday yet?! Y'all have a good week!
